What is SSPR?
- With Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), you can quickly reset your PennKey password without assistance using your recovery (non-Penn) email address and mobile phone number.
- SSPR is highly recommended for all PennKey users, as it provides a convenient, secure, and easy-to-use solution to forgotten passwords and on-demand password changes.
