Reset your PennKey password with SSPR
- Go to SSPR's Reset Password page.
- Enter your PennKey username, and follow the prompts to reset your password.
- You will receive a password reset link to your personal (non-Penn) email address, and you'll also receive a text message on your pre-registered cell phone number to verify that a password reset link was sent to you. Use the reset link to reset your PennKey password.

University students, faculty, staff, and alumniIf you are not enrolled in SSPR, you will need a Setup Code to reset your PennKey password.
