What is a Sponsored Guest?

A sponsored guest is an individual who has an official business need for a PennKey but is not a Penn faculty member, staff member, student, or University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS) employee. A department must sponsor guests, and Business Administrators (BA) or the IT Support staff of the School or Center typically submit sponsorship requests for the guests and sponsors.
