Are you enrolled in Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)?

Yes

You can use SSPR to reset your forgotten PennKey password. You'll be sent a password reset link to your pre-registered personal (non-Penn) email address, and you'll also receive a text message on your pre-registered cell phone number to verify that a password reset link was sent to you.

University students, faculty, staff, and alumni

  1. Go to the Contact PennKey Support page
  2. Review and gather the required photo identification.
  3. Click the Contact Us button, or visit a PennKey Administration station location.

UPHS employees

  1. Go to the UPHS PennKey Password Reset Application page.
  2. Enter your UPHS network information and click Submit.

Note: The University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS) includes The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP), Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, Pennsylvania Hospital, Chester County Hospital, Doylestown Health, Lancaster General, and Princeton Health.

CHOP employees 

  1. Go to the CHOP PennKey Administration website.
  2. Click Submit a Question to contact CHOP PennKey Support.
