When use involves High or Moderate Risk Data, there are numerous approved Generative AI solutions available to the Penn community with negotiated enterprise contracts that provide appropriate security and privacy protections, and improved cost. You should use one of these approved tools when your use involves High or Moderate Risk Penn data.
While ISC has set forth below a list of public AI tools, PLEASE NOTE THAT there are no security or privacy agreements in place for these solutions and they are not currently approved for High Risk or Moderate Risk Penn Data. Users of these tools should absolutely never use them with Moderate- or High-risk Data. For additional information, please refer to Penn’s Guidance for Use of Generative AI.
