This workstream will develop frameworks to evaluate the value, usage, and satisfaction of ISC’s AI initiatives, with a focus on measuring their Return on Investment (ROI). These efforts will ensure that ISC’s investment in AI delivers tangible benefits while aligning projects with Penn’s broader institutional objectives. The team will analyze outcomes and use this insight to refine and enhance future initiatives.
