This workstream will oversee the process of identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI use cases, starting from their initial proposal to the development of scalable proof-of-concept models. By managing this process and creating a prioritized pipeline of AI use cases, the team aims to ensure that innovative ideas are systematically evaluated and advanced into scalable solutions with tangible benefits. This structured approach will help align AI initiatives with Penn’s institutional goals and foster meaningful innovation across various projects.
