Overview

Video Production provides a centrally-operated service and dedicated green screen studio space capable of recording high-definition quality video. Recording services include concept development, pre- and post-production services, video recording, support for open learning projects (including MOOCs), and video distribution. Our editing services create professional, polished, and visually dynamic video presentation from footage and images recorded by us, or from other sources.

Video Production will be pleased to discuss your video project ideas and communications needs, and work with you to offer a project proposal to meet your budget realities.  Every project is a little different, but our cost recovery is based on the basic rates above.

In addition to these services, we can also work with you to provide podcast development and audio recording/editing; developing video strategies to best use video for instruction and pedagogy, such as for Coursera; and much more.

ISC rate increases are generally aligned with University increases.

The ISC rate review process is timed to coincide with the University’s annual budgeting process. Rates are reviewed over the summer, and if any require a change, they are approved for the following fiscal year. ISC will make its best effort to communicate these changes to clients by the end of October to allow for budget updates. Exceptions may occasionally occur (e.g., a vendor changes a pass-through fee midyear), and when they do, ISC will do its best to provide as much lead time for clients as possible.
