ISC's Brokered Products service is an asset-sharing solution between ISC and the campus. The service leverages economies of scale, allowing clients to quickly access licensed products that are managed in a central University portfolio. Product liaison support and consultation is available through this service for each offering, but technical support is provided through the service’s vendor partners.

Please note: Due to increased demand for Zoom at Penn, an enterprise agreement has been reached, and Zoom is no longer a Brokered Product. For more information, please see ISC's PennZoom Service page.

  • Currently, additional steps are needed to use DocuSign for any forms containing student education records (moderate-risk FERPA data):
    1. Each School/Center should perform the following before using DocuSign for student education records data:
      1. Notify students (or their parents/guardians if under 18) of the personally identifiable information that it will collect and share with DocuSign and obtain consent (from parents/guardians if under 18) before the student signs up or uses the DocuSign Services.
      2. When obtaining such consent, provide students (or parents/guardians, where applicable) with a copy of DocuSign’s Privacy Policy (https://www.docusign.com/company/privacy-policy).
      3. Keep all consents on file and provide them to DocuSign at DocuSign’s reasonable request.
    2. The above student education records requirements may be eliminated or modified upon contract changes with DocuSign at the conclusion of a successful pilot project.
