Apptio – Access to the Bill of IT
Apptio provides visibility into your Bill of IT, allowing you to review detailed charges from ISC for services, projects, and applications.

- Review detailed client billing information, trend analyses, and showback details (including port, IP, voice, etc.).
Billing Information
- Billing cycle: ISC billing is completed mid-month for the previous month’s consumption.
- Rate adjustments: Rates are reviewed annually and may increase based on allocated parameters, contract costs, and external service expenses.
Request Access
To request access, complete the ISC Services Access Request. Select “ISC Systems” from Select Form Category and “ISC IT Financial Management and Online Billing System” from Select Form.
Once your access is activated, you will receive an email with login instructions.
