Step-by-step instructions
Basic Operation
To turn on the projector or display, tap the device you wish to use on the touch screen. Please note that the location and overall appearance of the touch screen may vary depending on the room.

PC users can use the provided keyboard and mouse. Laptop users can connect their devices to system with the HDMI or USB-C cable. Wireless Sharing is available for laptop, tablet, and smartphone users (see below for additional instructions).
Wireless Sharing
Important Note: Your device must be connected to AirPennNet and have Bluetooth enabled.
After selecting Wireless Sharing on the touch panel: [insert icon]
- For Macs, iPads, and iPhones
1. In Control Center on your device, tap the Screen Mirroring icon


2. Select the display with the name of the room you are in

3. Enter the 4-digit code on the in-room display
- For Windows and Android devices
1. Open a new browser tab or window
2. Navigate to the URL on the in-room display [insert screenshot]
3. Enter the 4-digit code on the in-room display
Remote Participants
To ensure a remote presenter or participant can see and hear you while using Zoom:
- Using the in-room PC
- After logging in to Zoom with your PennKey, go to Settings in the app [screen shot]
- Under audio settings, please make sure that PC-Conference is selected for input and output [screen shot]
- Under video settings, please make sure the in-room cameras are selected [screen shot]
- To turn on and adjust the cameras and microphones, please tap Camera Controls or Mic Controls on the touch panel
- Important notes:
- Microphones are live by default when activating Zoom.
- For better quality audio, please use the lavelier microphone. [image]
- Adjustments made to microphone levels in-room does not adjust sound in the Zoom call.
