Melissa Freas

Melissa Freas is ISC’s Director of Human Resources.  She has more than 30 years of HR experience including employee engagement, conflict resolution, change management, employee relations, data analytics, compensation, and leadership coaching.  

 

She previously worked at Boeing as Senior HR Business Partner on their V-22 and Chinook leadership teams, where she led strategic initiatives for talent management, employee retention, workforce planning, and leadership development.

 

Melissa has a Bachelors degree from Neumann University.
