Use the Atlassian sign-in and licensing page to turn on Atlassian sign-in with your Penn account, and to claim or give up an ISC Jira or ISC Confluence license. It takes seconds, and replaces the ticket you used to file.
ISC licenses cover ISC's own sites: ISC Jira and ISC Confluence. Wharton, Nursing, the Library and other schools run their own Atlassian sites on their own subscriptions, so if that is where you work you do not need an ISC license. The same page still turns on your Penn sign-in.
A license lapses only after 30 days without using the product. Open ISC Jira or ISC Confluence any time within 30 days and your license simply stays — there is nothing to renew and no date to remember. If one does lapse, claiming it again takes seconds and nothing you created is affected.
